Why is background removal slow the first time?
The first run downloads the recognition model (about 40 MB) once. After that it starts immediately, and the model still runs entirely on your device.

No. All editing happens inside your browser on your device; files are never transmitted anywhere.
Which formats can I convert to?
PNG, JPG and WebP are supported, plus AVIF where your browser supports it. Auto compression to a target size (KB) is also available.

How many entries can I add?
Up to 60. Pasting several lines at once adds them all together and removes duplicates.
Can I stop the same name being drawn twice?
Turn on Exclude drawn items and repeats will not come up again in consecutive draws. You can also remove single entries with the × on each chip.
What is the difference between wheel and draw mode?
The wheel spins and picks the single entry under the pointer; draw mode picks a set number of winners at random in one go.

How do I set the order and speed?
Drag thumbnails to reorder — the number is the playback order. Choose speed, output size and loop count; turning on boomerang plays forward then backward for a seamless loop.
Can I mix photos of different sizes?
Yes. They are matched to the first frame, and you can choose fit (letterbox) or fill (crop).
Why does my GIF look grainy?
The GIF format itself supports only 256 colours, so photo-heavy animations can band or dither. More frames also mean bigger files, so reducing the output width usually helps.
